# About

Welila makes a business's facts true in the places assistants read.

An assistant answering a question about a business reads the public sources: the website, the search listings, the directories. When those sources disagree, the assistant picks one, and the business does not get a say. Welila reads the same sources and gives the business the say.

## How it works

- **Welila reads the public sources an assistant would.** The website, the search listings and the directories, on a schedule, for every claimed business.
- **It cross-checks them and shows the owner only what disagrees.** Where the sources agree, the fact stands on them. Where they differ, the owner is asked which is right.
- **The owner confirms the right answer in one tap.** The answer becomes a fact, recorded with who confirmed it and when.
- **Every change is written to an append-only record with a receipt.** A correction is a new row, so the history stays readable and a reader can follow a fact back to its sources and the date each was checked.
- **One set of facts serves every surface.** The business page, its machine files, an open read API and a tool an assistant can call, so the page and the JSON never disagree.

## Who runs it

Welila is a trading name of Hoosei Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom. The team is small and the work is public where it can be. The trust page lists the suppliers, the controls and where the data lives.

## What Welila does not do

Welila does not rate or review a business. It records which sources agree, which disagree, and what the owner confirmed. A reader can follow every fact back to the sources and the date it was checked.
