Status

When something breaks that you would feel, you read it here first.

Now

No incident is open.

A serious incident is posted here within fifteen minutes of being confirmed: what is affected, what still works, and when the next update comes. The note stays up until the incident is resolved, and the resolution stays after it as history.

Availability

A live uptime figure is not measured yet, so this page shows none. Until a monitor is wired, the state here is set by hand from the incident runbook, and no incident open means none has been confirmed.

Backups

Your facts sit behind two backups, on every database.

A daily snapshot of each database, kept for seven days. This layer is live.

A second copy each night, encrypted and held off-site in Europe. This layer is built and is not switched on yet, so no nightly copy has been taken. Turning it on is the founder's act, because only the founder holds the key that reads a copy back.

Restore drill

A backup only counts if it restores, so the restore is run before it is needed.

The last drill ran on 6 September 2026. A production database was restored to a fresh copy, compared with the live one, and the append-only record behind a business's facts came back intact.

The databases hold no live records yet, so the last drill compared structure and the record, not row counts. The next drill runs with real rows once the first business is claimed.
